Giveaway Official Rules
Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Standard Restaurant Supply – Denver, its affiliates, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.
Agreement to Rules
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Standard Restaurant Supply – Denver, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway.
Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins approximately July 9, 2026, at 5:00 PM Mountain Time and ends at 8:00 PM Mountain Time on July 9, 2026, during Taste of Arvada.
Entries may only be submitted in person at the Standard Restaurant Supply – Denver booth during Taste of Arvada on Thursday, July 9, 2026. Entries submitted outside the Giveaway Period or outside the designated in-person event entry process will not be eligible.
If the giveaway entry period has ended, be sure to subscribe to receive updates about upcoming giveaways, coupons, special offers, and deals from Standard Restaurant Supply – Denver.
How to Enter
To enter, visit the Standard Restaurant Supply – Denver booth at Taste of Arvada on Thursday, July 9, 2026, between approximately 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM Mountain Time, scan the QR code provided at the booth, and complete and submit the official giveaway entry form.
Limit one entry per person. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Prize
One eligible entrant will win a KitchenAid® Artisan® Series 5 Quart Tilt-Head Stand Mixer in Pistachio, with an approximate retail value of $549.
No cash alternative or substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes or other expenses not specifically stated in these Official Rules.
Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The selected winner will be notified via the email address provided on the entry form.
The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification. Failure to respond within that timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Email Communications
By submitting an entry, entrants agree to receive email communications from Standard Restaurant Supply – Denver, including updates about giveaways, coupons, promotions, special offers, and deals. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those communications.
Publicity Rights
Where permitted by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Standard Restaurant Supply – Denver to use the winner’s name, likeness, and prize information for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Terms and Conditions
Standard Restaurant Supply – Denver reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control affects the integrity, fairness, or proper administration of the giveaway.
Any attempt to deliberately damage, manipulate, or undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway may result in disqualification.
Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Standard Restaurant Supply – Denver and its affiliates, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law.
Disputes
The giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Colorado.
Privacy
Information collected in connection with the giveaway will be handled in accordance with the applicable privacy policy of Standard Restaurant Supply – Denver and used for giveaway administration and communications as described in these Official Rules.
